General Terms and Conditions

These contractual terms and conditions contain a description of the services provided by Martina Holoušová, IČO 05944899, registered in the Trade Register as of 22.03.2017 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) and specification of the contractual relationship between the Organizer and the persons participating in the singles event (hereinafter referred to as the Participants).

Terms and conditions of registration

Participation in the event is conditional on reaching the age of 18, logging in on the website www.singlove.cz, paying the registration fee and agreeing to the terms and conditions in full. Booking for the event is valid upon receipt of the booking fee.

The participant will pay the fee by transferring to account no. 1023296574/5500, IBAN CZ4355000000001023296574, SWIFT/BIC RZBCCZPP.

If this is not done, the participant will be automatically excluded from participating in the event.

The Participant has a reserved place when the registration fee is credited to the Organizer's account.

By paying the fee, the participant has the right to participate in the selected event for which he has applied.

The Participant is liable for the correctness of all data that he / she states in the registration form and the Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of this information.

The Organizer undertakes to handle the data provided in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The Organizer is entitled to take an audiovisual recording (especially photographs) from the event, which does not allow the identification of the participants, ie. faces will be blurred if they appear in the photo.

Personal data

Mgr. Martina Holoušová, when processing personal data of her clients, follows the rules of personal data processing described below and proceeds in accordance with applicable legal regulations (Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data - Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

Personal data are processed for the purpose of contact events - events for singles, organized by Mgr. Martina Holoušová, IČ: 05944899, especially for registration of participants, sending information about the event and for legal reasons, especially for the purposes of invoicing. In case of mutual consent of the participants, the contact details (mail or telephone number) are shared.

Mgr. Martina Holoušová with its registered office at Gorkého 99/60, 602 00 Brno, ID: 05944899, is the administrator of this personal data.

Personal data for the purposes of these actions means:

- identification and descriptive data - personal data for unambiguous and unmistakable identification of the person (name, surname, sex, age)

- contact details - personal information to contact with (contact address, phone number, email address)

In the event of a special consent, personal data (mail address) is used to send information about upcoming events.

Personal data will only be processed after the event in accordance with generally binding regulations and will be deleted after three years.

Sign out of the event

Each participant has the right to unsubscribe from the date of the event by sending an email to the contact email address, but no later than 7 days before the date of the event to which they are logged in. The registration fee will be returned by transfer to the participant's account. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, the fee paid will be forfeited to the event organizer.
